We're having free-range corn-fed chook, pork & crackling, farmers' market pigs in blankets, stuffing, roasties, parsnips, carrots, asparagus, purple sprouting, broccoli, sprouts, mixed kale, savoy cabbage, creamed spinach, broccoli and peas.

This will be washed down with Primitive and Chardonnay / viognier.

I'm not Posh so we have our DINNER at 12.15.pm.Tea about 4.30. and Supper about 9.00.p.m.
But we haven't had an all day breakfast for yonks, which is why we're looking forward to it !
How on earth do you manage to cook 11 vegetables at a time, I struggle with three and the spuds.
^^^...so many pot and pans!!!
I was going to do something with prawns...but they are still in the freezer. So its root vegetable hash with crispy bacon and M&S chipolatas.
We just had chorizo, tiger prawn and borlotti bean horneado..and blooming lovely it was too, always my meal of choice. Washed down with a nice glass of costco's latest special offer in red wine, the name of which escapes me, which was also delicious.
Shredded duck with Chinese pancakes, hoisin sauce, spring onions ans cucumber batons.
White Zinfandel .
Olives ... and a Ballon de Rouge ... mmmmm
scrambled eggs and mushrooms. home grown rhubarb crumble ready in the oven.
Cold chicken salad with new potatoes. Nice and easy.
