With all the talk of elections .What if we have our own parliament .We can have ministers for .television / media .,food family and so on .We will need a few minister for each so as if the first minister does not have a view or simply does not care then a junior minister can answer . I'd like to be minister for television /media but watch little tv or read papers so I would be relying on other ministers .You vote counts
