I've put on a lot of weight recently and being an apple shape its mostly up top. I do stomach crunches and other things for the waist but what is the best for the chest area. My bras are starting to feel a bit tight.
I am also on a food diet plan, although how long that will last is anybody's guess given my history as a yo-yoer!!

A way to get rid of belly fat is to do short bursts of High Intensity exercises with recovery periods in between. i.e 30 seconds High Intensity then 60/90 seconds Low intensity/recovery. Repeat ten times. This with a diet plan should do the trick.
Google Shin Ohtake. Loads of good advice on there. The 'Max Workout' is a bit extreme (and expensive), but you can get weekly tips via emai etc. for free. Targeting specific areas tends to improve muscle tone in that area but not necessarily fat.
Horseshoes ^^ loosing 'fat' from "up top" is associated with general fat loss I think. Why surgery? If you've got it, flaunt it.:-)
