Fao........buenchico......
Hi Buenchico
Just an update on the shower cabin. The engineer came out on saturday the 17th of May and agreed with us that the problem is a manufacturing fault as it should have some sort of guard rail around the bottom. He told us that he would report this first thing monday morning. We have heard nothing since. JTSPAS must be the worst company in the world. My credit card company are dragging their heels too as we have heard nothing from them. What do you think we should do next. Sorry to single you out but you seem to know a lot about everything.

I'd wait until mid-June before doing anything, so that you can say that you've given them a reasonable amount of time (1 month) to sort things out. Then I I'd write to them threatening
(a) legal action ;and
(b) referral to Radio 4's 'You and Yours' consumer programme and BBC1's 'Watchdog'.
(The threat of lousy publicity might just be enough to goad them into action!)
