The Eurolines coaches run to Porte de Bagnolet which is on the eastern edge of Paris. From there you should have no problem finding the nearby Gallieni station, which is the terminus for Metro Line 3. Take the Metro train, on Line 3, for 6 stops to Republique. Change here to Line 5, ensuring that the train is heading north, towards Bobigny Pablo Picasso. Travel for 3 stops, alighting at Gare du Nord to connect with the Eurostar train.

The total time on the Metro won't be much more than 20 minutes but, allowing for time finding your way etc, I'd allow about double that time for the entire journey from the coach station to Eurostar check-in.
