My sister has been quite poorly with viruses, I have recommended a tonic called Floadix to give her some energy. I have taken it myself after a hysterectomy and it really helped.

My question is she has an under active thyroid would this be ok to take as it has ocean kelp in the ingredients, and I think you should not take ke kelp if you have thyroid problems. I have googled it but can't find the answer.

You mean that she is being treated for an underactive thyroid.
There is nothing in Floradix, that will " upset the applecart".

That's correct Sqad, she takes thyroxine. It's just that a friend was telling me today that you have to take it 4 hours apart from the thyroxine as it will interfere with the levels.
