i have found the section to put this in now

i have just been offered a new role in my job

accounts manager but dont no wether to go for it as i will have to go on a course which will be fully paid for by the company i work for.

i obviously want to go up in life but im a bit scared if im honest i sound silly ino but just after abit of advice thanx

go for it! they obviously think you are up to it, and like you said you want to further yourself. you've got nothing to lose-and some free training, further experience and hopefully a better wage to gain!

i agree with the last answer. i work as a trainer of self esteem and confidence in women so i am aware of the feelings you have. please believe me, if YOU dont take this job they will give to someone else who you will watch doing all the things you can do much better. you need to learn some 'self talk'. every day, look at yourself long and hard in the mirror and tell yourself that you are brilliant, that you can do anything, you will succeed in what you want to do and that you are WORTH IT!! in the past i have been where you are and then thought 'wait a minute, what's that person got that i haven't' if you can say 'Nothing!' then you already know the answer..GO WOMAN!!!!!!
