Most of the people that appear on thsi show , are deserving of help , cos they have been pi**ed on .

However you do get the odd one , that you have to wonder about .

Case in point - this morning a family who had booked an holiday at centre parcs had to cancel at the last minute because a member of the family had taken ill .

Centre parcs offer insurance to cover the holiday but they did not take it out
( being in the uk ) , either for health or other aspects of the holiday including cancellation .

So they appear on the show , wanting centre parcs to refund the cost of the holiday .

Centre parcs refused , stating that it would not be fair on other holidaymakers who had taken out the insurance .

Is it just me or does anyone else think that they had a cheek ?

They have no case and I'm surprised that this BBC programme is spending time on this rather than deserving cases.

I tend to agree but a) if you don't ask you don't get b) Centre Parks would have no trouble rebooking so one could easily consider the insurance selling the cheeky bit. Money for old rope.
