My daughter is 9 months old and has been sleeping 7 till 7 for quite awhile now. But since the clocks went forward this weekend she has been waking at 5 or 6. I was if anything expecting her to sleep later and have a problem settleing her down at night. Any suggestions on how to get her back into her sleeping pattern??

Put your clock back again.

If she is waking at 6, that is really 7, so there is no difference really.
Also if she is going to bed at 7, that is really 6 o'clock, so she is effectively going to bed an hour earlier.

It should even out soon, as her body clock re-adjusts.
She is not changing ... the clocks have !!!
Try and keep her awake during the day if she has naps. Or if she needs the naps, try and keep them short! Our 8 month old was awake most of Sunday (from 7am 'til 7.30pm) and slept like a ... baby. Anyway, she only had 2 10 minute naps as opposed to her usual 30 mins.

Hope this helps,
