I Pad Help

The hotel we are going to on holiday in Austria says it has free wi fi. Will I have to do anything to be able to use my I pad. Can you tell I am a bit of a novice when it comes to anything technical !!!!

When you get to your location you just need to open up your iPad, go to settings and then wifi. You will probably have a choice of wi-fi and one should obviously be your hotel. It may require a password and your hotel reception will advise.

If you haven't used your iPad outside the house before you might want to pop along to your local Starbucks, McDonalds, pub that offers free wi-fi for a practice.

I don't have an iPad, but some devices, such as my laptop require moving a small switch on the side to select Wifi… additionally, there should be a small blue lighted "wand" displayed indicating Wifi signals...

Ipads don't Clanad, they just find the signal and off you go.
