Written Constitution

After independence, Scotland will have a written constitution. This will leave the remainder of the UK as the only country? without one. Does that make you feel uneasy?

I'm against written constitutions, you only have to look at the 'Human Rights' fiasco here, to see why, and the misinterpretation of the American constitution's 'right to bear arms'.
