I always go into Internet Options and delete cookies and saved passwords and within the section 'delete browsing history' I have a tick in 'Password' it says ( saved passwords that are auto filled in when you sign into a website you have previously visited). I don't know if there is anywhere else I should check.

Hi, is this question still alive/open? I don't see any recent answers so can't tell.
Anyway, I don't use Chrome anymore but remember Chrome displaying suggestions for fields. In my case, it used to irritate me that it also showed previously entered data which had been entered incorrectly.
Back then, the very simple solution used to be this: when completing a "web form" and faced with some suggestions for a particular field, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to point to an incorrect entry then press DELETE on your keyboard.
I hope this helps, and is what you were asking about.
