Unlocking iphones
3 Answers
My daughter has an Iphone 3 which had been unlocked and was running on a 2nd sim under my monthly contract with vodafone for an additional £15 per month. A very good deal with unlimited calls, texts & internet.
She has stuffed the phone during some sort of upgrading when she clicked OK instead fo cancel. Now the unlocking shop have sorted it but said that it can now only be O2 thus meaning that I will have to get her a seperate contract of her own at £35 per month. Does anyone know why, if was working fine on vodafone before, it can't be made to work for them again?

I think the previous unlock method you used was temporary unlock solution that means if you update or restore your iPhone then it will be locked again. To avoid this you need to unlock your iPhone permanently .To permanently unlock your daughter's iPhone 3G use remote unlock service . Using remote unlock method is safe and it will unlock the device permanently(It will never get locked again) . It doesn't even require jailbreak. This remote unlock works on all (GSM iPhones) iOS and base band versions. You can get this service from http:// www.wic kedunlo ck.com/ apple-i phone-3 g/rs11w p9/ by providing informations like Country ,Current network name and IMEI number of the iPhone 3G .
