I know nothing of washing machines, so I have asked some of the experts in this neighbourhood, namely, my wife and the lady next door.
The general opinion is that you should ask the machine makers if they have a solution to your problem. The experts whom I have consulted think that you might have to have a new rubber bit (is that the technical term for the seal what goes round the edge of the hole where you load the clothes?). We all wish you the best of luck, and hope that your problem is soon sorted out.
Try rubbing the stains out with 'Cif'. If that doesn't work, it's possible that the oil has dyed the rubber, leaving marks that can never be removed. If that's the cae, the up side is that the stains would be unlikely to rub off onto anything you put in the machine.
