i got a digital camcorder about just over a year ago, (canon camcorder), and after a few months of having it it stopped working & it wouldnt switch on, at first i thought it was the battery but even when it was charging it wouldnt work. So i went into dixons who sent it off to canon and i got it back a few weeks later and it was working again. Now nearly a year on from that its happened again exactly the same, just ocmpletely stopped working. i dont think it is the battery. does anyboday know what to do? i think ill take it back again, because i have a 5 year warranty, but i dont know if its worth it, or whether to get a refund or exchange it.
does any one have any useful advice?

many thanks.

Well, I can't see you getting a refund on a two year old camera. I would get it fixed under warranty - otherwise you just wasted your money buying the extended warranty!
