Address for Orange?
5 Answers
Does anyone know the address to send complaints to Orange (mobile phone not broadband).
I've been going round in circles on their website trying to find it, I can find a link to email but what I want to say won't fit in the space they allow!

I am trying to get a hard copy of all the transactions that have taken place ( credits and debits - bundles calls and texts) on my PAYG ( Pay as you go) Orange account - three quid went missing yesterday and it got immediately refunded by one of the callcentre staff - so I wondered if anything else had gone astray and
(i) you CANNOT access all your historical records onlnie AND you don't have a BALANCE column dispayed DESPITE The fact the system must use one
(ii) The call centres can access all the historical data but CANNOT send it to you and the only way to get the info is to put in a DATA PROTECTION request
- f**king farcical - so I will complain... and request it via DP ( spend 1 3/4 hours on the phone yesterday ending up with some poor dear in India reading the transactions out individually to me!!!)
Address I was told to write to on 06 -02 -2009 was

Orange technically don't have a complaints department, they have an escalation procedure, you call them and ask to speak with a manager, a time frame will be agreed for the manager to call you back, this is in line with what's referred to as the ADR process, this process is regulated by Ofcom. I would advise you to allow the answering Customer service representative try and help you first though and please be polite as isn't the Csr fault. If your contract call 150 or 07973100150 if your PayG call 450 or 07973100450, 25p charge for PAYG.
