Bt Parental Control Problem - Help Needed
Three weeks ago I took delivery of a new BT Home Hub as part of a 1 year Broadband contract extension. The set was very straightforward.
However, I made a choice to install the BT Parental Control software when prompted by the Home Hub set up.
Since then, I have found that I am unable to manage the ongoing Parental Control programme via MyBT, a message appears that says "Parental Control is being activated on your account and will be available in the next 24 hours. Please log in later to manage account."
I contacted the India-based customer Tech help line on 0800 800 150 a week ago and was told by the person on the other end of the line told me to expect a call back the following day. A call was made to me but simply to advise me that it is going to be another few days at the earliest before they call me back. I was advised that the BT Parental Control facility is being operated by a third party and regrettably BT is causing problems with providing a quick solution.
Has anyone out there experienced this problem and discovered a way of getting the matter fixed
