I'm not sure if they quite get the awards system, maybe a BAFTA night, maybe a Royal gala in his honour? Heart's in the right place.

Could we give a posthumous MBE to George VIII? He did a lot of good work for the empire.

“Les is one of the few showmen from that era never implicated in the Jimmy Savile investigation.” I think his wife is deluded if she thinks that. No point in giving Les an MBE...he's dead.
