How to remove Globe Finder?

How do I stop Globe Finder being my Internet Explorer homepage (for free)? I have reset my homepage several times, but somthing has hijacked my PC and it keeps reverting to Globe Finder. I downloaded a free Spybot that found a SearchAssistant hijack file but I am unwilling to pay �20 to have it remove it.

I have had the same problem in the past. I now use a small (free) programme called start page guard that will prevent this from ever happening again. It can be down loaded here:
