If this monster was as mixed up as the judge says she was, how is that she was jailed in the first place, she should have been interned in a secure Psychiatric facility?

Now she will be free to tortured some other poor defenceless person.

What an awful background. She does need help. I am surprised she hasn't been sectioned too, but i hope she gets the treatment she needs as well.
It really is time to remove these wet judges from the deportation procedure. The governance of the United Kingdom is entrusted to the government. If the Home Secretary decides that the presence of a particular person is no longer conducive to the public good then thats it - no appeal and straight out of the door.

It sounds like the woman had developmental issues of her own, because, if I'm reading the time-lime correctly, she was taken out of care by her other and social services said she was being beaten by her in 2006 when she must have been round 22 years of age. I'm not condoning, but something's going on between the lines of the story we've read.
^ ...'taken out of care by her mother...' sorry.
