Trying To Stop Smoking Comes At A Price...

I've been using lozenges as a way of getting my nicotine fix rather than the tradition Golden Virginia method. Unfortunately, the tablets I'm using are high in sugar. A visit to the dentists today showed I've caused real damage to my teeth, I might as well have been bathing them in a sugar solution, and it's going to cost £765 to put it right.
Anybody know anything about e-cigarettes?

sandy mrs c smoked 30-40 a day she wanted to give up went to the docs put her on champix with a bit of will power its 3yrs 6 mths since her last ciggie the champix really helped her
Hi sandy, not easy is it,I don't know about you but I found gum, patches, inhalers etc did not work as it was the hand-mouth thing which was missing as well as smoking and the feeling only a draw of a cigarette would suffice,e-cigs solves all those "missing" habits which are part of being a smoker, give them a try!!

I gave up 12 years + (maybe 15 by now) by going 'cold turkey' if I can do it so can you!
