I have a Kodak printer which is now reporting a printhead carriage jam. I have opened the back and checked for any paper jam but it is clear. I have tried switching it off for a while but to no effect. Any ideas would be welcomed

Take the ink cartridges out and replace them and run a cartridge allignment.

see the error properly and take the ink cartridges out clean that place then run
