I am looking to get this phone and would like to know your views on it. I don't "live" on my phone, just texts and calls with a small amount of internet use (use my laptop mostly for internet). TIA

I've got one, had it 18 months, I use it for phone and texts, and a bit of internet use as you describe - I'm pleased with it.

My wife and I both have one and we are happy with it.

We both use it the same as you, a few calls/texts and some internet use (not a lot).

It is the only smartphone either of us have owned so not a lot to compare it with.

I like it because it is not too large so fits in my top shirt pocket.
