My caravan has a stainless steel light fitting with 3 adjustable spotlights. The markings on the bulbs are 50watt GU10.my question is are they Incandescent, halogen or LED bulbs....They do get very hot which makes me think that they are Incandescent bulbs.
PS. other markings are MM30469 and 706GLP which means nothing to me.

Go for the LED ( 7W, minimum ) , they use much less electric and are much cooler when on, changed mine to LED now. Not cheap but worth it, for my liking the old halogen ones got much too hot. They were and are probably safe but not to my liking, I would never go out leaving a halogen bulb on.

You can get replacement LED bulbs for these fittings but they are very expensive. I thought of changing over but the money involved was far too much.
