Any information on the old lady Barbara that dances in the video

The clip of Spencer and Barbara was taken from a 1980's American show called Attitudes, Spencer was 25 and Barbara was 84. I don't have any more info on them. They are not actually performing on the video it's just two film clips that have been cleverly edited together.
