My son carries a drinks bottle on his bike and rides one-handed.
Can anyone suggest a 'cool' way to carry a drinks bottle?

Front basket - no, no, NO !
bike bottle holder - sensible but not 'cool'
small rucsac - getting there but still not quite cool enough.

ideas?

sigh..........................more gibbering idiots. :)
He'll look even less 'cool' with his arm in plaster if he (heaven forbid) should come off it at speed doing one handed.
Just what I was going to say arksided. So you'e had the sensible and the gibbering and now the judgemental, which is in fact the most sensible.
Anything suitable here?

This, Arksided is precisely the reason for the question. Lucky for him I am a first aider...
Point out the fact to him what dork he'll look in plaster compared to having a water bottle on his bike. He may reconsider.
I find it bemusing when someone can decide that certain people are 'gibbering idiots' and others aren't - I wonder why they think they are 'qualified' to make that decision. It's like when someone declares someone else is clever, intimating that they, too, are clever.
It is an irritating habit Methyl has acquired, he did it on a thread last night too.

In this instance, if someone posts in CB they expect Chatter - that's what it says on the tin.
Exactly (although it is irritating in all areas of life), post in CB and you sould fully expect gibberish - I would be disappointed with anything else.
Are you two seasoned professionals then ;-)
I like gibberish :-)

I hate any post that begins with @

I think a Camelback is the most promising solution.
Yes Ark, takes years of practice.
LOL, I miss read that then, Eccles.
