Default e mail address

Hi im not very good with computers and every time i click on a contact us link on a site so i can ask a question it always says default email address not comfirmed, or something along those lines.

Does anyone know how to set this so it works, if so thanks

I think the message will probably be closer to "default email program not configured" or something similar... it means that your computer doesn't know which program you use to send emails with, and so can't open it up to send an email to the link you've clicked on.

Do you use Outlook/Outlook Express to send emails, or a web-based application like Hotmail or Gmail? Whichever it is, if you click on the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer, and then click "Internet options...", and then the "Programs" tab, you will see a list of default programs your PC uses to do various tasks. Click the drop-down box next to "E-mail" to select the program you use.

or what I do is, copy the e-mail add from the website, and paste it into my favourite web-based e-mail prog (yahoo or gmail etc) and send it from there...just a suggestion...good luck
