internet is really slow?

My internet is really slow at the moment any idea's as to what is causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The possibilities are endless - throttling by your ISP,contention,noisy line, router/modem problem etc

Try the following :

File - Tools - Internet Options - Delete Temporary Internet Files.

Is your service provider TalkTalk by any chance?
