When using tools such as clone, brush, etc in photoshop, theres an option at the top to increase brush size. recently for me it hasnt been phsysically showing the brush increasing although when i click it has gone bigger/smaller so i dont actually know what im doing properly. Any body know whats goin on?

Turn your caps lock off. It transforms the brush from actual to precise cross hairs.
