Samsung S3 Mini. Decharging?

My girls phone in uncharging itself??
plug charger in and it shows charging but its draining out.
I used a couple of chargers and new battery.
the one i have has a green light So when its unplugged phone charger light stays on?
checked on my s2 and it stays out. but not on hers.
any ideas on what needs fixing?? thanks

If you are saying that the charger works on yours but not hers, sounds like a handset problem to me. Something draining inside the handset maybe ?

I've had trouble charging my S3 mini with the charger -exactly the same as you . I've tried using other chargers but it doesn't work and the only way I can charge my phone is with a USB cable into my PC. It may be draining quickly if you have mobile data constantly on and WiFi . Mine was draining in around 5 hours until my 12 year old told me to turn wifi and mobile data off when i was at home.
