Yes.
Did this email address you by name, Dee ?.
If in doubt, access your eBay account as normal (not by clicking on any link in the email) and change your password there.
Ebay have been asking members to reset their passwords over the past few weeks after information got loose on their watch.
I've reset mine already but logged on to do it so as to be as sure as I could be that I was actually connected to their site.
It doesn't take long (by their standards) and it's a one-off.
In any such instances; go to the site using your own trusted route (not a link in the email), go to your account.

If there is a security bulletin, message or instruction there, fine.

Never trust something that just arrives by email.
LOL 2sp

crossed...
Ebay recently have asked all of it's users to change their passwords due to a breach of security. If an email comes into your email account asking you to change your password - ignore it. If however, you log into the ebay website itself and you have a message from ebay in your ebay messages inbox - then yes, change your password.
Unless you are actually signed in to ebay itself, ignore any messages that come through.
Great minds and all that, Zeuhl...
