Eating a healthy diet is the correct way, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Small portions of grilled or baked lean meat with no added fat.
Avoid 'fast food' like burgers, fried chicken, fish and chips, and drink water (in reasonable amounts not too much, see my answer to your other question) or unsweetened fruit juice. NEVER drink Colas or other fizzy drinks unless they are the zero calories version.
Very important as well is to get lots of exercise, walking , running, swimming are good, do not sit around all day in the house on the computer.
You can not loose weight fast and it be safe for you, slow and sure is the way.
