Healthy alternatives
5 Answers
I tend to snack around 2-4 as I don't eat breakfast or lunch. My snack of choice is crackers (without any toppings) - all sorts: cream crackers, butter puffs, wholegrain with bits etc etc. but I know that these arent the healthiest of foods. Could someone suggest some low-cal, non-carb alternatives that I could switch to besides carrot and celery sticks!
A request: could no one please suggest that I start eating breakfast/lunch - I've never done it and don't feel comfortable doing it. Thanks in advance!

Ryvita multigrain are quite tasty and very low fat/cal etc. I've found some crackers in Waitrose: No-No Flatbreads, they are delicious and I think quite healthy! At the end of the day they'd all taste better with a slab of butter and some cheese - but that wasn't the question!!!
