Has anyone else noticed that if you take a 'holiday' for a week or so, the answers leap out and grab you?

These last few weeks, I've been tied up trying to make sense of the last three clues of the Matlock Quiz and have neglected the Rainbow Quiz. However, I have already solved about 70 of them over two evenings (in the distant past), so with another 30 to do - I hope that you are right!

what is the Matlock Quiz?

Goofy and gen2, I had quite a useful weekend with the Rainbow Quiz. I moved from 30 needed to only 9 left to get! Once I get to single figures, I feel that I'm on the homeward run.

Goofy The Matlock Quiz is issued by the Matlock FC Supporters Club and details 100+ clues to places visited on a holiday tour. This one went to Cambridge and then London to take in the sights. It had a closing date on Friday of last week!
