Have you tried aloe gel for inside your nose Tilly? Try gently smoothing it as high as you can comfortably reach and avoid the temptation of picking or blowing your snuffy nose if you can to let it heal.

I am having nose bleeds too Tilly on a regular basis - after 40 years. But I just pinch top of nose and after a while bleeds subside, stop blowing.
If they don't subside - go to GP.

When you go to the chemist and buy Naseptin Cream as this sounds like Nasal Vestibulitis.

Thanks for your answers, everyone. I will try the Naseptin cream, sqad. I have had sinusitis and the nosebleeds have been happening for about a fortnight.

You may well be right sqad that Naseptin nasal cream will help Tilly, but in my BNF it is listed as PoM -prescription-only medicine.
