Voicemail on a T-Mobile Siemens M35

For some reason, my Siemens M35 no longer diverts to Voicemail when I don't answer it, but just rings and rings - consequently I'm not getting any messages. Does anyone know how to turn this back on? I've tried the instruction book and T-Mobiles Webshite but to no avail.

Can't help directly (my phone is an ancient Ericsson), but to set it to send unanswered calls to voicemail, there is a menu option called "divert", where there are options for various numbers, and each number has a set of options including "unanswered calls". There may be something similar in your menu.

Thanks Lemarchand, there is indeed a divert option. However it won't let me set 222 (the t-mobile voicemail number, if I'm correct). B#gger! Also it's annoyingly impossible to get hold of any human at t-mobile to help me with my quandry!
