Never, brilliant! I was nearly there but couldn't make it work because I forget about extra letter.
Also, I have the letter for 19A, but can't work out where it comes from.

Boreas, I'm not 100% certain but thought it might be the 8th word in the clue. (As I was finished anyway, I decided not to let it bother me too much).

Snap! I finished the puzzle fairly quickly and spotted the theme early on.
But I have had to go back to parse quite a few of the answers/letters. Will have to keep thinking.
