Sunday. Not raining but still too wet for walkies, so didn't go far. Not a lot happening in the bit of wildlife land that I did visit. Quite chilly out too. Therefor most of the wildlife already gone home and snuggled up warm and cosy.Very sensible of them.
The charter yesterday went well and all had a good time. We had a bit of time in hand when we got back, so I told my crewman, who was steering, we would go round the marina to use up the time. I informed the bridge keeper by radio of our intentions and he gave us the green light so we didn't have to wait. No sooner had we turned into the marina and the clouds opened up and the rain came down so hard we could see very little. My poor crewman got soaked and when we got onto our mooring so did I while we tied up the boat. No sooner had we tied up and it stopped, so the passengers got off bone dry. typical!
Morning BT. That sounds like a send off she will remember fondly mate. ;o}
DT the mad mutt was a labrador cross lunatic. Was great friends with the boys' rabbit. They would chase each other round the garden then end up as a pile of legs and lugs fast asleep in the middle of the lawn. Great fun watching them though!
