Internet Access

on my laptop google comes up ok but when an address is typed in the web page not available comes up.this has been going on for a few days now.
when I went onto Wi-Fi status it said IPv4 connectivity internet
IPv6 connectivity no internet access

My desk computer is working ok off the same Wi-Fi router.
Help needed desperately

Resetting the TCP/IP stack usually fixes such problems:
