Probably a ridiculous question! I need to be able to set up a client's Mail to receive emails that I have set up. The client is a sole trader business woman, who has no IT department . . . obviously. I know that I can use something like LogMeIn for accessing my own computer from another desktop, but would it work for a third party. Any ideas?

Have you tried Team Viewer ? I've played with it with some success.
LogMeIn works, but have you considered something like "go to meeting" - this allows you to share screens and give control. Not sure about pricing.
Windows has Remote Desktop Connection built in.
Does that work across the Net, or do you need to be on the same LAN ?

No, works across the internet.
Ah. Thanks. I must have a play with that then.
