Cycle frame size

Can anyone tell me what size cycle frame i need. I am a 32" inside leg.

You should require a 23" road bike frame (20" mountain bike) but other factors may determine a more comfortable frame size for you.

I am 32 inside leg, I have 2 mountain bikes, both 17 inch frame. I like the clearance between crutch and frame, and of surprising importance to me, I think a small frame looks elegant.
