Assuming that everyone wants to pay the premium to jump the queue, what then? A premium to jump the premium priority queue?

I wont be losing any sleep over it, I think I have only had to phone them about 5 or 6 times in the last 8-9 years.

If I need, I will just ride out the 50p
I will add them to the list with Ryanair of companies I will never trade with.

That's true obiter, I didn't think of that. They'll probably put it up to a pound then. I have had the misfortune to ring them a few times, the service was dire.

They certainly will be the Ryanair of communications, but they should learn from his mistakes.

I dont think Ee are the only service to provide an optional faster first class service.
What's the fuss about ? All companies look for way to increase revenue and it's not obligatory to pay. Those that do may even be jumping a short wait anyway, they aren't going to be able to tell. And how many will bother anyway ? Disapprove if you wish, but a reason to leave ? Come on you are just looking to find the fire rather than stay in the frying pan.

The fire started long ago OG, this is just the icing on the cake for me. I have been a customer of theirs for 13-14 years but the last year I've found their customers services to be inadequate at best so I shall move providers as soon as I can.
