radio player to disc

i want to save johnny walkers last radio programme from the radio player to disc or is there some other way to save on my computer i do not have a ipod or minidisc and not very techno thanks for any help

I would simply start Audacity recording, and then play the Johnny Walker show from the BBC player. And at the end save the recording as a wav or mp3 file to disc. This can then be burnt onto CD if you wish.
I usually use CoolEdit to do this, but I don't think it's available in a shareware version anymore. But everone I know who uses Audacity says it is very simple to use.
