After Interview, Been Asked By Agency That Company Wants To Know When I Can Start, Havent Heard Back After That

Hi
I applied for a job I am so passionate about and within 24 hours of applying I got contacted by the agency dealing with the role and requesting an interview with the company. They said this was the first time this sort of 24/ hr turnaround had happened with the agency.
I attended the interview which went OK. (great points and some points I am not so sure I addressed properly). Leaving the site, the hiring manager talked a lot about the company and his family etc and said he would reach a decision before end of the week.
Now here is the issue. A day ago, I got called back by the agency saying the got an email from the company asking when I could start if offered the job, which I advised was in 3 weeks time. (have a holiday already planned). I didn't hear back after that. At the end of the day I contacted them to find out if there was an update and was told that the company mentioned they had reached out to other candidates with similar question and no decision has been made yet. My question is, is this a good sign that they are interested in me still or should I not hold my breath any further and keep looking? Any insights will help

Until there is a job offer I would keep looking. You may find something even better.
