Where Do You Go Next If An Ombudsman Hasn't Replied To Your Letter?!
Hello. My friend made a complaint to Npower to which no reply was received. He followed their complaints procedure and followed up the letters and then moved it up a step by sending it to the next team. As no response was received in a very long period of time, he forwarded everything to the Ombudsman as suggested in their complaints procedure. That was 18 June and he hasn't heard anything from the Ombudsman! Is there meant to be a certain period of time in which a response is expected? He's probably got no choice than to give up, but I said I'd try and find out what other people might do in this situation?
