Virtual Networking forums.
www.ecademy.com
www.network2connect.com
www.openBC.com
www.vcommunity.org.uk
Then you have business forums etc.
www.mybusiness.co.uk
www.fsb.org.uk
local chamber of commerce website
www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk
You may also wish to consider business breakfast networking groups, such as BNI, BRE, Business over Breakfast etc, all of which have websites and chapters nationally.
You could also try local web advertising, such as;
www.ukvillages.com
www.thebest.of/xxx where xxx is the town
www.xxxontheweb.com where xxx is the town.
Then there is the more conventional advertising sites such as Yell, Kellys and Thompsons Local etc.

Thanks LazyGun...will go thru the sites you mentioned. To answer bluejonjo...I consult on basically anything related to IT...PC/Mac/PDAs/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/2-D & 3D Graphics/Post Productions...etc..I have over 20yrs of experience in this field and would like to help the local community on understanding IT better...
If you do graphics or media training try asking around the Custard Factory in Digbeth. Lots of media bods down there that all use computers and networks etc. There is an outfit called mediaskills run by UCE that are always looking for trainers and the like for 3D and 2D graphics. I think the website is mediacontentlab.co.uk or somesuch. I'd start there....
