2000 Citroen Saxo Vtr No Heaters

hello ive got a 2000 saxo vtr and the heaters arnt working the fuses are fine but still nothing. ive contacted citroen and they sed theres a relay behind the dash. any ideas where it is and how to get to it?

This is all assuming you mean the blower isn't working.

On the other hand if it is blowing, but cold air only then it is a different problem.
