Do I just call the bank or can I do this online?

Would they be honest or try to swerve themselves around it? Is it better going through a reputable middleman though after my drama earlier I'm afraid to talk to anyone other than the people I've done business with.

If you think you have been missold PPI, you can claim it back yourself - a few on here have done so.

Look on the Martin Lewis/ MSE site - there will be a template letter.
Lloyds will process it-fairly- they will have large teams who follow a procedure

My hubby got some forms sent to him from Lloyds for this.
He didn't ask for them he just got them though post because he had had a loan with PPI.
I filled them in with the info we had, which wasn't that much to be honest, he received a phone call about three weeks later to check the little info we had.
Two weeks after that he received a payment.
