Is there anyway to check what websites a person has been on in windows 98 other than looking in the history

The only other way I can think of would be to download a free keylogger which will detect every keypress in windows so you will be able to see which pages have been typed in. But if the websites have not been typed in and just been accessed though a link then I'm not sure how to do that.
