Virgin Superhub2 Router Issues?

Hi. I am having difficulties when trying to have Skype conversations. The problem is that the strangers webcam remains blank even though they have accepted and I have accepted to view. People can see and hear me fine. All my camera settings are also ok.

All this started after installing a new router, Virgin Media's Superhub 2. I have tried turning the firewall off and altering "pass through" and "DMZ" settings in the router control panel but to no joy. I have looked on Virgin media forums but cannot find an answer.
